I’m based in North Shore, Auckland, working out of Jetts Birkenhead. I also offer online coaching, as well as home visits by enquiry. My coaching is designed to fit around real life, with flexible, practical support to help you build strength, consistency, and confidence.

Coaching

Structured training and ongoing support delivered online. Ideal if you want flexibility, clear guidance, and accountability without needing to be in the gym together.

Hybrid
Coaching

A mix of in-person sessions and online coaching. This option combines hands-on support with the flexibility of remote programming and check-ins.

Home
Visits

One-on-one coaching in your home, available by enquiry. A practical option if you prefer to train in your own space or need extra flexibility around your schedule.
